Eco-responsible

The site is self-sufficient in electrical energy, powered by solar panels and a small auxiliary wind turbine, water comes from the distribution network and is heated by solar panels, which in the darkest of winter are supported by an auxiliary gas water heater, gas that also supplies the oven and cooking hobs. By its construction the house is passive, wood heating is provided when needed during winters, and in the summer, optimal management of natural ventilation and wooden blinds allow a good air conditioning. The site is not equipped with air conditioning units.
