With love and care

We began with pruning, wood grinding, mulching, composting and above all observing the land over the seasons. Then came time for planting, searching for seeds, preserving aromatic and medicinal plants, whether cultivated or wild, and extending our new varieties to the orchards. Over the course of readings and encounters, the instinctive practices of the beginnings are being enriched, developed with, as a guiding thread, manual work and respect for the living.
